Abstract
This study investigates how sustainable management practices affect the quality of construction and the satisfaction of those involved, from clients to the wider community. As the construction industry faces growing demands to adopt environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically sound practices, there’s a need to understand how these changes impact both the quality of the projects and the satisfaction of stakeholders. Through a survey-based approach, we gathered insights from industry professionals like contractors, project managers, and clients to explore this relationship. Using SPSS software for analysis, we examined how practices like efficient resource use, minimizing waste, and conserving energy affect the overall quality of construction projects. Additionally, we looked at how these practices impact stakeholder satisfaction, focusing on aspects like client expectations, the project’s impact on the community, and long-term benefits. The results show a clear, positive connection between adopting sustainable practices and improvements in both the quality of construction and how satisfied stakeholders are. Sustainable practices not only lead to higher-quality construction but also create stronger stakeholder engagement, making a compelling case for sustainability in the construction industry. This research offers valuable guidance for professionals in the field who are looking to improve project outcomes by embracing sustainability, highlighting the importance of balancing technical excellence with the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
