Abstract
The chemical and mineralogical properties of clay gypsum of the Khojakul deposit of Karakalpakstan, phosphogypsum of Almalyk chemical enterprise for the production of mineral fertilizers “Almalyk Maxam” Ltd., and slag waste of Almalyk mining and metallurgical combine have been investigated. The physical and mechanical characteristics of gypsum binder from alumina gypsum and developed compositions with modified phosphogypsum in different proportions have been determined. The positive influence on the increase of strength characteristics of binder compositions based on alumina gypsum containing modified phosphogypsum has been shown.
